Terms of Sale: 7% Virginia Sales Tax collected. Cash accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% Convenience Fee. Local checks accepted with proper ID. We reserve the right to deny any check and to make a copy of your Drivers' License.

Ford's Colony is a gated community. Go to John Pott to the Security Gate to obtain a Pass. The Pass will have the address and directions to 105 Liverpool on the Pass. The Gate opens at 7:00 AM for attendees.

We will begin passing out numbers at 8:30 AM (note the change in the time) on Friday and Saturday. We will open the doors at 9:00 AM on Friday and Saturday.
Plenty of parking on the street in the neighborhood. Please Do NOT block mailboxes or driveways. Please be careful: DO NOT PARK IN THE NEIGHBOR'S GRASS. PARK ONLY IN THE ROAD. The driveway is reserved for Pick-ups only.

NO PRE-SALES, NO PREVIEWS, AND NO PRICES GIVEN OUT PRIOR TO 9:00 AM Friday, May 5th. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. Please inspect items before purchase as all sales are final. Announcements at Estate Sale take precedence over all other announcements.

Please no large bags or backpacks allowed at the Sale. We will provide a Sold Table for you to hold your bags and to collect your items that you intend to purchase.

Not responsible for accidents or incidents. Please be careful as you are walking around the property. No public restrooms, so please plan accordingly.

Items may be added or removed at the Estate Sale Company's discretion.

Please bring help to lift any items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to lift or carry. Please bring your own packing materials and your own tools to dismantle furniture.

Items to be removed during the Sale or at 3:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. If you need to make arrangements for a later Pick-up, there will be Pick-up available by appointment.

Masks are now optional at sales. Please practice Social Distancing.
