Terms of Sale: 7% Virginia Sales Tax collected. Cash accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% Convenience Fee. Local checks accepted with proper ID. We reserve the right to deny any check and to make a copy of your Drivers' License.

Ford's Colony is a gated community. The Estate Sale is in the Nottingham Neighborhood off of Williamsburg West and Country Club Drive. To gain access to the Estate Sale, go to the Call Box at the entrance to Nottingham Place on Nottinghamshire. Tap 211 to get Security and tell them you are going to the Estate Sale. The address will be public on Thursday morning before the Sale. The gate will open at 7:00 AM for attendees. PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANY TIRE MARKS ON THE NEIGHBORS' GRASS! Please Do NOT block mailboxes or driveways.

We will begin passing out numbers at 8:30 AM on Friday and Saturday. We will open the doors at 9:00 AM on Friday and Saturday and allow the first 30 folks in. Plenty of parking on the street in the neighborhood. PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANY TIRE MARKS ON THE NEIGHBORS' GRASS! Please Do NOT block mailboxes or driveways. Driveway for pick-ups only.

NO PRE-SALES, NO PREVIEWS, AND NO PRICES GIVEN OUT PRIOR TO 9:00 AM Friday, May 19th. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Please bring help to lift any items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to lift or carry. Please bring your own packing materials and your own tools to dismantle furniture.
Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. Please inspect items before purchase as all sales are final. Announcements at Estate Sale take precedence over all other announcements.

Please no large bags or backpacks allowed at the Sale. We will provide a Sold Table for you to hold your bags and to collect your items that you intend to purchase.

Not responsible for accidents or incidents. Please be careful as you are walking around the property. No public restrooms, so please plan accordingly.

Items may be added or removed at the Estate Sale Company's discretion.

Items to be removed during the Sale or at 2:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. If you need to make arrangements for a later Pick-up, there will be Pick-up available by appointment.

All In Trading and Auction Co. LLC is excited to be in Ford's Colony Williamsburg in the Nottingham Place neighborhood off of Williamsburg West for this very special Estate Sale.  Our homeowners are downsizing and have many beautiful furniture and decor items that they just can't take with them. 

See instructions above on how to access the Nottingham Place neighborhood at Ford's Colony.  We have made arrangements for the gate off of Williamsburg West and Country Club Drive to remain open from 8:00-2:00 each day.
