Blow Out Estate Sale in Ford's Colony

Terms of Sale: 7% Virginia Sales Tax collected. Cash accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% Convenience Fee. Local checks accepted with proper ID. We reserve the right to deny any check and to make a copy of your Drivers' License.

Ford's Colony is a Gated Community. To gain access to the Estate Sale, please go to 101 John Pott to the Security Gate. Tell them that you are going to the Estate Sale. They will print a Pass with the driving directions to the Estate Sale.
Please do not park on the neighbors' grass. Plenty of parking on the cul-de-sac. Please park on one side of the road only.

We will begin passing out numbers at 9:00 AM on Saturday. We will open the doors at 10:00 AM on Saturday. We will allow the first 30 folks in when the doors open. As the crowd disperses, we will allow others in.
The driveway is reserved for Pick-ups only.

Please note that only 6 people allowed at the Jewelry tables at a time. Thank you for your understanding.

NO PRE-SALES, NO PREVIEWS, AND NO PRICES GIVEN OUT PRIOR TO 10:00 AM Saturday, August 19th. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. Please inspect items before purchase as all sales are final. Announcements at Estate Sale take precedence over all other announcements.

Please no large bags or backpacks allowed at the Sale. We will provide a Sold Table for you to hold your bags and to collect your items that you intend to purchase.

Not responsible for accidents or incidents. Please be careful as you are walking around the property. No public restrooms, so please plan accordingly.

Items may be added or removed at the Estate Sale Company's discretion.

Please bring help to lift any items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to lift or carry. Please bring your own packing materials and your own tools to dismantle furniture.

Items to be removed during the Sale or at 3:00 PM on Saturday. If you need to make arrangements for a later Pick-up, there will be Pick-up available by appointment.

Masks are now optional at sales. Please practice Social Distancing.
