Terms of Sale: 7% Virginia Sales Tax collected. Cash accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% Convenience Fee. Local checks accepted with proper ID. We reserve the right to deny any check and to make a copy of your Drivers' License.
We offer Shipping within the US at the Buyer's expense. Pay for your item during the Sale and a $10 Handling Fee. After the Sale, I will go to FedEx and ship your items. You must pay the full cost of the Shipping. If the Shipping Fee isn't paid when I call you, you forfeit the item. Please bring help to lift items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to assist.
We also have Movers ready to move your items at your expense. Details to follow.

All In Trading is excited to be back in Ford's Colony for our upcoming Estate Sale! Our homeowners are moving and can't take it all with them!
It is VERY easy to get to this Estate Sale. You first go to 100 John Pott and tell them you are going to the Estate Sale. You will get a Pass and drive to the Sale. The Gate will open at 8 AM for Sale Attendees. Numbers will be passed out beginning at 8 AM.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL TIME TO PICK-UP YOUR LARGER ITEMS, APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR MONDAY. If you need someone to pick-up and deliver at your expense, we recommend Burns Moving Company.
