Terms of Sale: 7% Virginia Sales Tax collected. Cash accepted. Zelle cash app accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% Convenience Fee. Local checks accepted with proper ID. We reserve the right to deny any check and to make a copy of your Drivers' License.

We offer Shipping within the US at the Buyer's expense. Pay for your item during the Sale and a $10 Handling Fee. After the Sale, I will go to FedEx and ship your items. You must pay the full cost of the Shipping. If the Shipping Fee isn't paid when I call you, you forfeit the item. Please bring help to lift items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to assist.

We also have Movers ready to move your items at your expense. Details to follow.

Items to be removed during the Sale or at 2:00 PM each day. If you need to make arrangements for a later Pick-up, there will be Pick-up available by appointment.

All In Trading is excited to be in lovely Skimino Landing Estates for this special Estate Sale!  Our homeowners are world travelers who are moving, and they can't take it all with them!  The couple traveled the world while working for the US government and amassed a special collection of eclectic items.  This home has with treasures from Iran, Afghanistan, and Africa.  The collection of Decor items is unparalleled and reflects their keen eye and intimate knowledge of the regions where they traveled and lived.
