Terms of Sale: 7% Virginia Sales Tax collected. Cash accepted. Zelle cash app accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% Convenience Fee. Local checks accepted with proper ID. We reserve the right to deny any check and to make a copy of your Drivers' License.
We offer Shipping within the US at the Buyer's expense. Pay for your item during the Sale and a $10 Handling Fee. After the Sale, I will go to FedEx and ship your items. You must pay the full cost of the Shipping. If the Shipping Fee isn't paid when I call you, you forfeit the item. Please bring help to lift items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to assist.
We also have Movers ready to move your items at your expense. Details to follow.

All In Trading &Auction Co LLC is excited to be in Fabulous Ford's Colony for this Special Estate Sale! This stately home has beautiful furnishings and decor items.
The Gate at 100 John Pott opens for Sale Attendees at 8:00 AM. Get your Pass and make the short drive down John Pott. The home is on a side road off of John Pott. The address will be posted on Friday. We will begin passing out numbers at 8:00 AM on Saturday. We do NOT have help for loading heavy items or dismantling furniture. Please bring your own help. Thank you for your understanding.
