We offer Shipping within the US at the Buyer's expense. Pay for your item during the Sale and a $10 Handling Fee. After the Sale, I will go to FedEx and ship your items. You must pay the full cost of the Shipping. If the Shipping Fee isn't paid when I call you, you forfeit the item. Please bring help to lift items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to assist.
We also have Movers ready to move your items at your expense. Details to follow.

All In Trading is excited for this Fabulous Ford's Colony Estate Sale! This home is located in the St. Andrew's Village on the golf course. Go to 100 John Pott and get your Pass and tell them you are going to the Estate Sale. The Gate at 100 John Pott opens for attendees at 8:00 AM. Numbers will be passed out beginning at 8:00 AM.
Please only park on ONE SIDE of the street and face the same direction. Please Do NOT block the neighbor's mailboxes or park in the grass.
The homeowners are moving and can't take it all with them. This home is full of beautiful, high-end furnishings and decor. We are grateful to have this opportunity to help our clients downsize.
Please Note regarding the shotguns:
We have two old shotguns that have been in the family forever up for Bids. We will accept Bids on the shotguns durning the Estate Sale. There are undisclosed Reserves on the shotguns. On Sunday at 2:00 PM, I will open the Bids. The High Bidder for each shotgun, who exceeds the Reserve, will be called. The High Bidder will pay by credit card. On Tuesday, I will deliver the shotguns to the Toano Gun Shop. The High Bidder will go there and pay for the Background Check. Upon passing the Background Check, the shotgun will be released. If you do not pass the Background Check, you forfeit your money for the shotgun-NO REFUNDS.
