2. Entry and Conduct
-Entry to the estate sale is at your own risk. The property owner and estate sale organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises.
-Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and follow any instructions provided by staff.
-No early entry is permitted. Doors will open at the scheduled time.
-No pets, smoking, food, or drinks are allowed inside the premises.
3. Purchases and Payment
-All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted.
-Items are sold "as is" and "where is," with no warranties or guarantees of any kind.

-Applicable sales tax will be added to the total purchase price.
-No item holds without full payment.
4. Item Pickup and Removal
-Buyers are responsible for the removal and transportation of purchased items.
-Large items must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
-Buyers must bring their own tools and labor for disassembling and moving items.
-Any damage caused to the property during item removal is the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Pricing and Discounts
-Prices are firm on the first day of the sale.
-Discounts may be applied on subsequent days at the discretion of the estate sale organizers.
-No price negotiations will be conducted at checkout.
6. Liability and Indemnification
-The estate sale organizers, property owner, and any affiliated parties are not liable for any personal injury, theft, or loss incurred during the event.
-By attending the sale, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the estate sale organizers and property owner from any claims or damages.
7. Prohibited Activities
-No aggressive bargaining or disruptive behavior.
-No holding of unpaid items for later purchase.
-No large bags, backpacks, or oversized purses allowed inside.
-Theft or fraudulent activity will be reported to law enforcement.
8. Discretionary Rights
-The estate sale organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone at their discretion.
-Any violation of these terms may result in removal from the premises and potential banning from future sales.
