Due to the nature of estate sales, we do not issue refunds; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all items prior to purchasing.

It is the buyer's responsibility to bring any tools, and help, to disassemble and load large items.

This is a 45 year estate fully loaded with just about everything you’ll ever need or want to buy . So be prepared to take home large amount of items , I’m not joking ! The only items not going to be sold on this property is the cleaning supply’s them self because of clean out of the estate after the sale it’s self and home going on the market to be sold . You have lawn & gardening equipment plus yard equipment , sawing supplies, T shirt printing supplies, arts & crafts , households , albums, books , tools , furniture , the list gos on and on .
