NO SALES PRIOR TO START DATE/TIME. Bring boxes and packing materials for smalls, and help for loading larger items. 6% Virginia sales tax added to all purchases. Credit cards accepted for total sales over $100.00, with added 3% convenience fee. Entry to residence will be controlled and restricted to manageable quantity of shoppers. We will not have a sign-up list to gain access to residence. Access is determined by individuals lining up outside residence and waiting their turn. The homeowners and McDaniel Auction Center are not responsible for accidents. Children must be accompanied at all times. No prices will be discussed over the phone or via email; must be present to negotiate prices. . Updated announcements supersede any previous advertisements or verbal communications.
