Terms

Due to size of home, a limited number of people will be allowed in at one time. Masks required if not fully vaccinated.
All sales final, no exchanges or refunds. Only CASH OR CREDIT accepted. Items are $1.00 and up, NO coins. Bring your own muscle to load items and any tools necessary to disassemble furniture.

NO large tote type bags allowed. Any children must be accompanied by a parent at all times. We are not responsible for breakage, accidents or mishaps of any kind.

Any and all items purchased and not immediately removed must be picked up by 3 pm on 7/17, or will be considered abandoned.
