First come, first served. No sign-up sheet or numbers. In order to allow everyone space to shop safely, we will allow the first 20 in and then allow others in as folks leave. Doors open promptly at 10:00 AM-3:00 on Saturday, October 23. Doors open promptly on Sunday, October 24 at 11:00-3:00.
Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. All Sales are Final. We do not give out prices prior to the start of the Sale. We do not Pre-Sale.
Not responsible for accidents. Items may be added or removed at the homeowners' discretion.
Please bring help to lift any items over 20 pounds, as the staff is not able to lift or carry. Please bring your own packing materials. Items to be removed at conclusion of Estate Sale. Arrangements may be made for later pick-up of large items. No large tote bags, handbags, or back packs. No food or drinks. No pets, please. We will provide a Hold Table for your items and will hold your bags and boxes there for you.
Masks are now optional at sales. Masks and Hand Sanitizer provided upon request.

All In Trading and Auction Co. LLC is excited for the Handyman's Dream at Yorktown Estate Sale! This Sale is primarily being conducted in the 1000 square foot workshop, a covered carport, and interior garage. This is truly a Handyman's Delight! There are so many items in these three spaces that I can't list it all! If it belongs in a garage or workshop, chances are it is here!
There are also lovely home decor items that will be included. The homeowner is downsizing and can't take it with.
