Pickup Instructions: Items can be collected on SATURDAY, August 19, 2023, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST by appointment only. Pickup appointments are essential to maintain a smooth and efficient process. Sign up link to schedule pickup time will be on invoices.

*YOU MUST BRING ALL NECESSARY ITEMS NEEDED FOR REMOVAL- IF YOU BUY FURNITURE, YOU MUST BRING HELP TO LOAD- THIS IS A 2-STORY HOME- THE FURNITURE UPSTAIRS IS LARGE AND WILL REQUIRE AT LEAST 2 PEOPLE TO BRING DOWN THE STAIRS. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN DOLLIES, STRAPS, BOXES, PAPER, BUBBLE WRAP AND FURNITURE MOVERS.TERMS & CONDITION FOR THIS AUCTION All Merchandise is sold ‘’as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By registering and bidding, you agree that you have read and understand all terms and conditions that apply to the auction and by bidding you are entering into a binding contract. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP ITEMS, ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON SCHEDULED AUCTION PICKUP WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION; bidding will begin closing at a rate of 1 lot per 17 seconds with a one minute auto-extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of auction closing for an item, the item will auto extend for 1 minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute. Payment: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to each purchase, regardless of payment method. A $1.00 authorization hold will be used to verify a credit card, the hold will be released once the credit card is verified. Payment is due immediately at the conclusion of the auction. NO CHARGE-BACKS Preview: We encourage all bidders to attend preview to inspect items to satisfy condition of items and bid accordingly. Please call Raina @ 757-394-4229 to schedule a preview appointment.  Technology Disruptions: Auctioneer will not be responsible for technology disruptions, errors, or failures (including disruptions to bidding or the failure to execute, recognize, or record online bids), whether caused by (i) loss of connectivity, breakdown, disruption, or failure of the Online Auction Platform, (ii) breakdown, disruption, or failure of a Bidder's internet connection, computer, or system, or (iii) otherwise. Auctioneer may, but will not be required to continue, suspend, delay, extend, reschedule, or close the Auction because of disruptions caused by technology failures, even after bidding has commenced. Sales Tax- Virginia Sales Tax will be charged on all items unless the Bidder provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Bidders who wish to claim a sales tax exemption MUST provide a copy of ST-10 Tax- Exemption Certificate PRIOR to placing any bids. Copy of ST-10 can be emailed to Raina@rvasauction.com Pickup: All items must be picked up during scheduled pick-up times, any items not picked up during the designated pick up times will be deemed abandoned and will revert back to us with no refunds.
