Cash, Check (with 2 valid forms of identity), VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. A 3% surcharge will be charged on all card purchases and a $50 fee charged for returned checks. Everyone will pay 6% VA state sales tax, unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax exempt we will need a valid, full copy of your tax exempt form, otherwise you will pay tax just like everyone else. We cannot accept the forms at a later date and no refund of state sales tax will be available, once it has been paid. All items sold are, as is, where is. No guarantees or warranties implied, NO RETURNS! All sales are final, bring help to load large items. All items must be removed by the end of sale. No refunds on unclaimed items. We are not responsible for accidents. YOU BREAK IT, YOU BUY IT! We request that ladies leave their purses in their vehicles until it is time to check-out! Please keep your children under control at all times! We will have tight security so if you are a thief or shoplifter, you may as well just stay home! 25% discount day 2, 50% discount day 3. Entry numbers will be passed out between 8 am and 9 am each day. We will accept cash, credit cards or check with 2 forms of ID.
(The internet is temperamental way out in the country, so CASH IS KING) No I.O.Us, partial payments, or holding items) Sold stickers will be placed on items, even the items for day 3 pick-up, only after full payment.

There will be a $50 charge for bad checks.

6% Sales Tax will be charged on all purchases and a 3% charge for use of debit or credit cards.

Entry numbers will be distributed between 8 am and 9 am each day. We will allow a manageable number of folks in at a time, and others as folks leave.

There will be security cameras and security personnel on site at all times.

Changing of price stickers, removal of price stickers, or shoplifting will not be tolerated and we have no problem calling the sheriff's office and recording license tag numbers.

Ladies purses and all bags must be left in their vehicles.

Life is too short so if you can't obey the rules, or want to argue, stay home!

Do not show up the day before the sale asking to view items or asking for pricing. You will be sent away. Our time is valuable and so is yours.
