Bring your boxes and park with care. DO NOT PARK IN ROADWAY!!! Please DO NOT block neighbors driveways, postal carriers access to delivery . Don't be upset with us if we request that you move your vehicle.

We are following all CDC.gov/Covid19 guidelines. Our staff & Persons attending our sales will be required to wear face covering. If you want to come in you will be required to wear a mask or purchase one at the door, We will have masks available for $2 at the door.
Masks MUST cover your nose and mouth AT ALL TIMES!! Staff may remind you if you are a Drooper, please don't be a Drooper!
We have to follow the rules too!
Our staff is following the best practices and recommendations from reliable sources by regularly wiping down all “high touch” areas, such as doorknobs and railings with sanitizing wipes.

All persons coming in must sanitize their hands prior to entry. There will also be a hand washing station provided for use before, during or after shopping.

Based on the 30% capacity criteria, we will only be allowing 10 persons inside the home at any given time. You are asked to observe the 6' distancing rule and avoid gathering in groups. The checkout will be marked out in 6 ft increments to assist with distancing. If it is necessary that you bring a child, you will be asked to hold the hand of the child and keep them with you at all times. A child must be counted as one of the 10 shoppers.

You are asked not to enter a room or area where you cannot manage to be 6 ft from another shopper that is not your family member. Each room will be limited to a number of shoppers to allow us to follow the social distance guidelines. Please follow the 6′ distancing rule. Our staff may announce a reminder from time to time if we see a crowding issue, Please be courteous and compliant.

We may have a selection of the sale on-line before the public sale. For those who want to shop from home, curbside pick up will be available only during our sale hours. We will notify you regarding curbside pickup thru messenger. All sales for curbside pickup and in person are final, returns are not allowed. AGAIN, to be clear.....Entry to our sales is limited based on the guidelines of the State of Washington Skagit County and the sq ft of the home. Entry will be FCFS and we will do our best to be fair to everyone while we work through this difficult process. We will provide 10 sanitized entry cards. At entry, each person will be given a card so we can govern the head count. The card will be turned in when you checkout and a new, sanitized card will be issued to the next person in line.

Due to the large volume of high ticket items in this sale, we reserve the right to work on behalf of the client to ensure all items are sold, so some items are subject to prior sale. We make every effort to answer questions, but you know we can get very busy so texting is better than email.
Please provide your own helpers for loading and lifting, It is helpful if you bring boxes and wrapping. Thanks
