Sales tax 8.9%, or provide your unexpired resellers permit copy. CASH PLEASE, it makes the line go faster and internet access is spotty in outlying areas.

All sales final ASIS. Bring your own boxes and packing materials!!!!!

Due to the October government directive we will NOT have single use bags for you to take away your items.

Friday is trash day in Skyline. Please DO NOT BLOCK trash cans, driveways and mailbox access.
Obey traffic laws and watch for pedestrians. Park with care in designated areas. Bring your boxes and park with care.
DO NOT PARK IN ROADWAY!!! Please DO NOT block neighbors driveways, postal carriers access to delivery . Don't be upset with us if we request that you move your vehicle.

We are following CDC.gov/Covid19 guidelines. No exceptions, vaccinated or not you will be required to wear a mask to enter this sale. We will have masks available. NO MASK-NO ENTRY
Our staff is following the best practices and recommendations from reliable sources by regularly wiping down all “high touch” areas, such as doorknobs and railings with sanitizing wipes.

All persons coming in must sanitize their hands prior to entry. There will also be a hand washing station provided for use before, during or after shopping.

If it is necessary that you bring a child, you will be asked to hold the hand of the child and keep them with you at all times.

We MAY have a selection of the sale on-line before the public sale, for instance a piano/washer/dryer/freezer ---hard to sell or high priced items. Not all items can be prepurchased. We reserve the right to presell difficult or expensive items as we are working for the consignor to be sure all items are moved off of the property. We will make every effort to answer your text questions in advance and of course do not want to inconvenience any customers.
AGAIN, to be clear.....Entry to our sales is limited based on the guidelines of the State of Washington Skagit/Island County and the sq ft of the home. Entry will be FCFS and we will do our best to be fair to everyone while maintaining a safe shopping environment
