Tax applies to all sales. Resellers we can provide a receipt for you for tax purposes.
If you intend to buy any furniture, please bring your own help, tools, etc. We may have help available for an additional fee. Items must be removed by 3pm the day purchased.
There are stairs into the house and it is a two story home. Also it was a pet friendly home.
