Terms: The  successful bidder will be required at the conclusion of the auction to  complete the purchase and sale agreement and deposit $10,000.00 as earnest  money with balance due at closing within 45 days.  All bids are subject to confirmation of the  Estate  Representative with a 10%  buyer's premium added to bid price.   The $10,000.00 earnest money may be in the form of a personal or  business check.  All information  contained herein is believed to be correct but is not guaranteed.  Purchasers must rely on their own judgment  and inspection of the property.  Any  announcements made Auction Day will take precedence over any printed or  advertised materials.  Mroczek  Auctioneers & Associates are representing the Sellers and will be paid by  the Sellers.  Each purchaser will be  required to acknowledge said agency.
