EVERYTHING IS HALF OFF ON SUNDAY
We are having a fun sale in Ballard this weekend, April 18, 19 and 20. (April fools – It’s not in March!) This house is packed with tons of smalls! Yes, Elvis, Santa, Betty Boop, Mickey, Garfield, Raggedy Anne, and the Easter Bunny are very well alive with lots of miscellaneous collectibles! 10,000+ items!!! If you don’t come and check this one out – it will definitely be a Boop Boop De Don’t!
There are cases and cases of costume jewelry, one whole case devoted to Christmas alone! There is glassware, pottery, quartz watches, kid’s books and toys, records, spoons, crafts, tools, kitchen ware, badges, greeting cards, a mini pitcher collection, satire (books, T-shirts and gimmicks), furniture etc.
As a potter, the lady of the house did an incredible job of painting and firing the many figural pieces from the 70’s and 80’s.
Clothing includes lots of comical men’s and women’s T-shirts size L and XL, ladies clothes, vintage prom dresses and costumes, boyscout uniforms and an Air Force uniform.
The many cases of costume jewelry cover the 60’s to the present. There is a whole case devoted to watches alone including Swatches, Disney and other watch collectibles.
The kids books and toys are in excellent condition and cover the many notable characters such as Mickey, Sesame Street, Raggedy Anne, Cathy, Garfield, and Pandas. There are also lots of activity books and packets.
As a lover of Betty Boop and Elvis, there are many fun collectible and wearable T-shirts, jewelry and collectibles.
The featured furniture includes a nice round oak dining room table, a set of 1940’s dining room chairs, a 1970’s long low-rider couch in a brown flower motif, a mid-century dresser, a couple of storage cabinets with pull-out basket drawers and side and end tables.
There are lots of ladies purses and handbags, especially in the color of red because mom was a Red Hatter.
The records include 45’s and LP’s in the country and rock generas and also some children’s records. There is also an great large sized Misfits poster along with some regular sized 80’s rock posters including Bon Jovi and Metallica. Rock On!
Kitchen includes dishes, pots and pans, silverware, a wonderful mug collection, blenders and lots of gadgets.
There is a huge amount of Christmas decorations. Much of it is still in the box, never used and lots of pottery plates and figurines. Also boxes of cards good for all occasions.
Featured is some vintage fishing gear, tools, games and a Sears compressor and a Lionel train set.
Come and get Buck the Truck to haul away your goods – it’s a 1982 Chevy 4x4 half ton pick-up.
The address will be posted on our website at GGGEstateServices.com and to our E-Mail family around 7:00pm Thursday night. We put a sign-up sheet on the door at that time and people can come by to write their name. Please sign-up only your name. We have a large staff to facilitate the sale and check-out and let as many people in as possible to minimize the line.
