This weekend we’ve got a great sale in Battleground!

It’s that time of year again - when we’re thinking about the upcoming Holidays and making upgrades in our home to prepare for all of that company! 

This sale has a LOT of like new items - furniture and more…. As well as some lovingly used and a few vintage treasures! 

BUSINESS FIRST:

HALF OFF EVERYTHING -ALL DAY! 

Home is in a cul-de-sac. So PLEASE - be courteous how you park and drive. DO NOT block neighbours driveways or park on their grass.

LIVING and DINING ROOMS:

There is a pretty massive flat screen TV - works great!, sweet and petite black media cabinet, pair of glass and metal nesting tables (we’re using them as a coffee table in this home),  lots of DVDs (good ones!), led candles, a smattering of cute decor - some fall!, Lots of nice bar items - including Reidel glassware. (Please note  alcohol bottles are for display only).  Wall art, pillows, books (lots of German books!), STUNNING ( I mean, I real showstopper!) Wawel Polish china - white with gold trim - a big set - maybe for a big Holiday dinner! Restoration Hardware  vase and candleholders, lamps, big “steampunk” wall clock, cute half moon accent table with flip out drawers. 

Very new Roomba vacuum with some extra parts! 

OFFICE:

LIKE NEW - really nice grey LazyBoy recliner! Also vintage desk - would be a great project piece and could be used for lots of things besides a desk! Datacolor spectrophotometer, car decals,  2 - Sony F96 microphones, dark room timer, LOADS of old slides and cool metal slide cases, some office supplies, nice contemporary area rug.

KITCHEN: 

SO many great things in this room! Another really nice - like new- dining table. This one is bar height and has 4 padded chairs - so great for a breakfast nook or small space! On top there’s serving pieces, Martha Stewart cast iron/enamel large dutch oven and more. Pretty and colourful rug under the table!  Keurig, drink ware,  flatware, storage and serving pieces,  tons of nice utensils, mixing bowls, bakeware, really pretty (you don’t hear that word used much to describe an appliance!) Kitchenaid toaster oven, wine rack - again - bottle are display only, electric knife  - you’ll need this soon enough, Beautiful Belgique blue pots and pans, some Calphalon, nice wok and more.
Laundry room is off the kitchen and has household and pet supplies.  (Washer and dryer are NFS) 

UPSTAIRS - MASTER BEDROOM: 

Split king adjustable bed - can’t get the remote to work (has damage) - but is probably easily replaced and we’ve got it for a great price! Lots of shoe storage, gorgeous 11 drawer dresser - very contemporary and like new, smaller flat screen tv, bed linens and pillows, end tables, lamps, alarm clocks,  SO MUCH CLOTHING  (good brands - Calvin Klein/ Tommy Hilfiger and more! - men’s l/xl, women’s m-xl, shoes - men’s 9.5-12, women’s 12, smaller dark wood contemporary desk (used here as a vanity!) with built in shelf on the side, cute little vanity chair, towels and other bath items, bathroom storage, purses, accessories and more! 

GUEST BEDROOM:

Bedding and other linens, lots of men’s suits and dress shirts, side tables and lamps…

OFFICE/CRAFT ROOM: 

Also some Christmas!! HUGE Steinbach nutcracker (we have the box),  lots of ornaments, FAO Schwartz train/tree, some dishes, lots of ribbon and wrap,  sweater for those upcoming funny parties and a few other bits and baubles. Nice, black 2 piece desk - can be purchased together or separately, really nice office chair, newer printer, scientific calculators, tripods, tonor microphone,  ScanSnap (so pricey new!), lots of math teaching books, rolling cart, frames, office supplies, scrapbooking supplies - paper, stickers, Sizzix die cutter and tiles, Create a sticker and refills, washi tape by the baggie (these are also pricey new!), craft and other storage. 

GARAGE 1: 

Yes, there are TWO! The first has SO MUCH STUFF to offer!! Kitchen items - small appliances, storage, bakeware and so much more.  Additionally, nice set of golf clubs, some sporting goods - bike helmets and more,  nice wheelbarrow,  yard and garden supplies, garage storage,  bins of household maintenance    supplies, John Deer L100 riding mower - needs TLC, Craftsman lawn sweeper, lawnmower, edger, leaf blower, Karcher pressure washer, camping gear - chairs/ bags and much more, garden tools, hand tools, lots of power tools,  gas jugs…. I mean… this garage is HUGE - and PACKED! 

GARAGE 2: 

Go through the first garage to get to the second! 

Faux leather sofa that converts to a bed. Has very slight damage - but still looks great! Bookcases, pine desk (or table),  pair of nice neutral chairs, white wood coat rack and shelving, UPRIGHT PIANO - FREE TODAY! ,  dining chairs with carved backs, pair of glass front dressers - super cool looking, vintage dresser,  3 bikes - TREK, Crossroads and Motobecane,  really nice bike trailer, stereo, another huge TV - like new, Austin Powers standing cut out, lots of little (and big) surprises out there! 

OUTSIDE (THROUGH LIVING ROOM): 

Very nice faux wicker patio set, pair folding out door lounge chairs, hose reels. Hoses, ladders and more!!  (More than you see in the 2 photos!)
