Traditional Estate Sale in Battleground!

We're back this weekend with a TRADITIONAL estate sale in Battleground, WA!

This one is a real mix of everything!

BUSINESS FIRST:

There will be a list that will go outside the home at 9am. You will be responsible for adding your name. I do not expect a huge line for this one, but we are doing the list to stay in our tradition! There is lots of room to roam, so everyone will get in. There is parking in front of the large RV garage, but please do not park in front of house. That area will be reserved for employees and loading. Try not to block each other in!

LIVING ROOM:

There are some really great MCM Basset end/coffee/accent tables in a great Asian style. Gorgeous 1950's Telefunken Opus hi-fi tube radio in working condition! More modern sofa/hall/console table with drawers, Bohemian glass, Asian vases and decor, lots of books on travel - mainly China and Italy - speaking of which we have tea sets from each. Lamps, a pair of beautiful black handpainted antique chairs, a pair of pretty - vintage plaid upholstered chairs with nailhead trim, faux greenery, smaller camphor chest, 4 Thomas Kincaid paintings. Super sweet MCM fold out bar, barware, nice ivory color wingback chairs, neutral tone MCM sofa, brass, artwork...

KITCHEN:

Lots of practical cooking and baking items - lots of things still in the box! Small appliances, utensils, flatware, nicer pots and pans, some pyrex, wooden bowls, very cool Mikasa art deco style plates, storage, Corelle, some vintage items. Red Gotham pots and pans, Campbells soup glasses, wine rack, more barware, contemporary oak oval dining room table with leaves and 4 SW print upholstered rolling chairs, pottery, dish set and some decor.

Pantry is PACKED with LOTS of nice, useful items!!

FAMILY ROOM:

A pair of cozy, oversized burgundy chairs - one has a matching ottoman. Antique pie table, wicker shelf, another vintage end table and a very cool old wooden toolbox. Lamps, loads of dvd's and other media. Shotglass chess game, more barware, sports steins - lots of SF 49'ers, vintage airplane replicas, some silverplate and scattered decor. DVD players, smaller tv, a pair of gorgeous old rugs - Turkish??

OFFICE:

Lots and lots of books, Amazon Echo, Garmins and Tomtom, puzzles, games, cameras, office supplies, shelves, DVD and VHS players, older/possibly collectible media items, software, newer printer, lots of new printer paper, keyboards NIB, computer and monitor, L shaped desk and office chair, contemporary oak filing cabinets, a couple of older laptops. There are actually some great treasures in this office once you start digging in!

MASTER BEDROOM/BATH:

Absolutely gorgeous antique dresser, extremely nice MCM dresser set (lingerie dresser, long lowboy, standard size and nightstands) with really great details... all pieces are sold individually. Queen size bed with storage underneath, rustic/outdoorsy decor and artwork, missile lamp, smaller tv, Pendleton mugs, cowboy hats and boots. LOTS of larger mens clothing and shoes, corduroy upholstered barrel chair. Walk in closet is FILLED with more clothing, bathroom has all the typical bath items - but many are brand new.

BEDROOM 2:

Contemporary oak lowboy dresser with mirror and matching nightstands, full size bed on Hollywood frame, antique portable Singer sewing machine, super cute Asian style jewelry dresser with fold out mirror built in, crystal lamps, sweet floral print accent chair, table linens hanging in closet with a few pieces of women's clothing... some "girlier" art.

WORKOUT ROOM:

Treadmill and weight bench, weight bar and weights, contemporary oak media cabinet with TV and VHS player, framed landscape photography, large structured beanbag chair, sports books, baseball caps, football shaped charcuterie board in box, authentic Riddell SF 49'ers helmet in box, more sports steins, SF Giants items, misc. sports equipment.

OTHER IN HOUSE:

Christmas and holiday items, closet full of nicer linens, art work, cleaning and household maintenance supplies... lots NOT shown in photos as we were still finding things until the last minute!

GARAGE:

PACKED! This one is so full. FANS galore, space heaters, small tools - hand and power, battery chargers, automotive supplies, yard and garden tools and chemicals, camping gear, electronics, MORE sports equipment - lots of golf, ammo, air compressor, yoga mat in box, wheelchairs, clothing rack full of light weight larger men's jackets, loads of useful chemicals for auto/home/garden, large red standing toolbox, shop vac... honestly - this garage is TOO FULL to even try to list it all. I guarantee there is something in there you can use!!

RV GARAGE:

This is off to the side/behind the home. And it is ALSO full!! Adorable vintage bedroom set - with super cute floral details - lowboy, highboy and twin beds - one with a newer mattress. Contemporary oak and glass coffee and end tables, really nice outdoor chair, lots of lots of folding tables and chairs for camping, water skis and other sports gear, Craftsman table saw, small trailer, table top grills, bike rack, several nice bikes - including and electric PEDEGO, shelves loaded with bike gear, car items, household items, luggage and MUCH more. This garage might be fuller than the last and it's HUGE!!

OUTSIDE:

Older Weber grill, nice outdoor patio set with four chairs and table, another pair of outdoor chairs, Chiminea that appears to be plumbed for gas, older hot tub that is priced to SELL, large outdoor storage bench filled with propane tanks, smaller outdoor tables, a cute pair of white wooden rocking chairs sit out front.

This is not the antique/collectibles sale of the century - but it's got some really great useful and just pretty items! And, you know we've priced to move it!!
