Items sold as-is. We accept cash, and credit cards for orders over $100. We collect sales tax unless a reseller's permit is on file with us. Items are u-haul, u-load and must be removed by Saturday at 3pm.

•We collect sales tax unless you have a resellers permit on file with us.
•Items are U-Haul, U-Load. Items must be picked up by Saturday @ 3pm.
•Items will go 50% off on Saturday at 12:00pm.
•We accept Cash. Credit Cards can be accepted for orders over $100 and there is a $2 fee.
•Prices are firm, we do not negotiate.
•We host an auction prior our opening Saturday morning, and again prior to the half off sale at noon.
•We do not hand out numbers, we may limit the amount of people to enter the home for safety.
•Enter at your own risk.
•You break, you buy. Please only handle items you are serious about purchasing.
