COVID-19 Information

Our goal is to make this sale safe for our shoppers and the broader community by following all COVID-19 guidelines

• Masks are mandatory for everyone - our apologies if you have an condition that prevents wearing a mask
• Masks may be purchased on-site for $1
• Zone 1 - approximately 600ft2 - maximum 10 people
• Zone 2 - approximately 800ft2 - maximum 13 people
• Shoppers must practice social distancing as much as possible in the space - please communicate when approaching other shoppers to ensure you both maintain 6' of separation or pass each other to achieve separation as quickly as possible.  Customers ignoring social distancing may be asked to leave.
• Hand sanitizer will be available in both Zone 1 and 2.  Please use before entering.
• Due to the nature of the space, we will be unable to disinfect surfaces other than in the checkout and hold areas.
• Lines - we will not have marked spaces for entry lines, however we request that you maintain adequate social distancing.

How we will run the sale:

This sale is in two different parts of the house that are not connected.

• Lists - There will be 2 lists available for this sale.  You must sign up for the zone you wish to shop in.
• Check out - You must complete your shopping and pay before moving to the next zone
• Time limits - Due to the restricted attendance requirements, shoppers will be limited to 30 minutes.  After 305 minutes, you must check out or get back in line for one of the zones.  If you do not check out within the time limit, you will not be able to purchase your items.

Finally - Enforcement of all rules will be at our sole discretion.  This is new territory for all of us and, we are still learning.  Please work with us as we do our best to keep everyone safe.

There will be several items available for presale online (listed as a separate sale, will insert link once it's up).

Our first sale at this house included only the metal-smith and wood-shop items.  Those items will be available for this in-person sale. 

Now we are including the artist studio space.  Clients were amazing artisans, Donna specialized in oil portraiture and Gordon was a master woodcarver and metalsmith

Things are coming together.  We've just added a huge stash of vintage Star Trek stuff, authentic African masks, vintage marbles (nice ones), costume jewelry...man this sale is packed.

Making good progress - we've uncovered some amazing MCM artwork and old photos as well as a ton of art supplies.  The basement is going to be a socially distanced digger's paradise.  Still tons of tools, framing supplies, metal work, equipment, collectibles...just look at the pics.
