Participation in any Rainier Estates or Rainier Auctions estate sale or online auction constitutes acceptance of the following terms:
All Sales Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions and photos are provided as a courtesy and represent our opinion only.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be charged unless a valid resale certificate is provided prior to purchase.
Payment
Accepted payment methods may vary by sale and will be noted in each sale listing. Where credit cards are accepted, a 3% processing fee may apply.
Item Removal & Pick-Up
Buyers are responsible for all labor, packing, and transportation of purchased items. Items must be removed during the designated pick-up times after an auction has concluded or the day of the estate sale unless prior arrangements are made.
Online Auctions
All bids are binding. A buyer’s premium will be added to the final hammer price (as stated in each auction). Winning bidders will receive an invoice with payment and pick-up instructions.
Shipping
Shipping may be available for select items. Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs, or may arrange their own shipper.
Entry & Fair Access (Estate Sales)
We do not allow early birds or pre-sales. When sign-up sheets are used, they simply establish entry order when doors open.
Liability
Buyers enter sale properties and remove items at their own risk. Rainier Estates and property owners are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
