The Basics: CASH preferred. Credit/Debit accepted. MINIMUM OF $25.00! 2% Convenience fee. Bring cash for under $25 bucks!. We prefer cash because it is faster, we try to move the checkout line along as fast as possible, this is why no credit/debit for small purchases. BRING CASH!

***A new wrinkle in accepting Credit/Debit cards...if your chip card will not read, we cannot accept it. Period. Bring multiple cards if you must use one!*** Or just bring cash. Cash is good.
We will honor our list for this sale. *** The sign-up sheet will be out 3 hours before the start of the sale*** We will be present to put the list out. HOUSE IS ALARMED! Very close neighbors in a high end neighborhood - please use your quiet voices when signing up at 6am!
You may not sign-up earlier than 6am the day OF the sale. Please DO NOT sign up more than yourself and your partner. Signing up numerous people is not cool - usually this means they might or might not attend, and it discourages others from signing up if they see a long list.
Note that we try to get everyone in as quickly as possible, while still making it easy for everyone to shop and safe for all. Too crowded is as bad as waiting too long in line. It is always worth the wait and the wait is pretty short at most of our sales.
Buyers will sign-up on the list and entry will be according to your number on the list. There is a more specific description of "THE LIST" on our website under "What to Expect". ONLY OUR OFFICIAL LIST WILL BE USED, YOU CANNOT START YOUR OWN. Please get in line according to your number!! If there is a problem with the list, we encourage the buyers to work it out amicably.
Also, FYI, we photograph the list, first sign-ups photograph and so we have a record of the buyers who have signed up.
***No excess cash on premises - till is emptied regularly. ALL valuables are removed from the sale nightly****
We are a business and must charge sales tax - DEALERS BRING YOUR RESALE CERTS. We keep a list BUT -- many certificates have expired! We need your current resale certificate - NO EXCEPTIONS, even if we know and love you. It is up to the cashier whether your cert is accepted.
We will have SOME bags, boxes and wrap for you but YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELP AND EQUIPMENT TO MOVE FURNITURE. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY 2PM Sunday.
Not responsible for accidents or injuries. YOU must move any furniture or electronics that you purchase. YOU. Not us.

As with most sales, the SOLD area means just that - if you make a pile you are committing to buy. If you pull a tag, you are committing to buy. Due to the immediate nature of our business - we have 2 days to sell a house full of stuff - there are no holds, no returns, no refunds.

Whole house estate sale in fantastic Mid Century view home!
Choice Mid Century / Retro furniture and collectibles, as well as lovely contemporary furnishings. Fun collectibles, older tools - we have discovered a full house! Every closet had treasures!
Fishing and hunting collectibles...vintage children's items - toys, tea sets, books...depression glass....1970's retro glass and kitchenware...Josef Originals... an entire room of CHRISTMAS - perfect timing!
NOTE: Parking is tight at this sale. Please be prepared to walk a bit. Do not block neighbor's drives, other cars and make sure the road stays passable. You may not drive up to the house except to pick up large items. Park only on the right side of the drive and head-in on the small gravel lot. More parking in the neighborhood north of the sale, on 42nd Place.

We initially thought this would be a smaller sale....apparently, we forgot about the closets, secret storage area and underestimated the stacks of boxes in the basement!
The main floor is occupied by wonderful contemporary furnishings, blended with classic Mid Century furniture and collectibles. The highlight of the living room is the Heathkit teak stereo console with some original components and some replacements. Please see the photos for more info on this piece! (All the photos are tagged with descriptions.)
Alongside the Heathkit console, you will find gorgeous white designer couches, loveseats and chairs...lamps that compliment the space, large, statement original artwork plus vintage collectibles - depression glass, 1970's retro glassware, bone china cups and saucers, fine stemware, dinnerware and tea sets and Josef birthday figurines ( age 1 through 16 - the whole set!)
In the upstairs bedrooms, discover a fabulous Drexel Retro - Mid Cen bedroom set, priced individually. Vintage fur coats in the other bedroom - full length champagne mink and seal dyed sheared rabbit - ladies large.
The dining room and kitchen both offer good glassware, regular kitchen items and also a fabulous glass top dining table and chairs, like new mocha microfiber couch and chair, Samsung TV plus a wonderful power leather recliner....ooooh...this chair is SO comfy!
And don't miss the Howard Miller grandfather clock in the entry in your haste to get the prize.... ;)
Downstairs is eclectic!
A whole section of vintage fishing and some hunting items....vintage barware (nudge nudge, hint hint)...a pair of GORGEOUS walnut Lane Mid Cen side tables... workshop with vintage and contemporary tools...well loved couch and chair PRICED. TO. SELL....children's items including board games, toys, little table and chair set, books and more...laundry room housing stacks of canning jars and cleaning products.
And don't miss the CHRISTMAS ROOM!! We made the client give up their storage space just so we could create a room for Christmas decor and collectibles - complete with lighted reindeer and tree too! Fun decor plus elegant silver plate serving pieces and stemware too - great for entertaining!
The last bedroom has furniture, Husky items, luggage and a great selection of collectible toys and children's things - Fisher Price and plenty of other goodies!
Some outdoor items too - vintage sleds, garden items, patio set and more that we have yet to excavate from the sheds!
