By Appointment Estate Sales: All sales are final. All items are sold as-is, where-is. All sales charge sales tax. You are responsible for bringing the necessary labor and packing materials, moving your items from the premises on the day of your purchase (or at an agreed upon later date). Rainier Estates is not responsible for your safety or that of your help, so please use caution when exploring the property or loading your items.

No Holds. No sight-unseen deals. Purchases can be made during appointments with Cash, Credit Card, or Venmo (please note that we do not keep more than basic change on hand). A 3% fee will be added to all credit card sales.
