Estate Sales: All sales are final. All items are sold as-is, where-is. All sales charge 10% sales tax. You are responsible for labor and moving of your items from the premises the day of the sale, so please plan ahead to bring helpers with you (especially if you plan to purchase heavy items). Rainier Estates is not responsible for your safety or that of your help, so please use caution. All items must be picked up by the end of the estate sale hours.

Internet at this location is slow, so Cash is preferred. We can also try to run credit cards, but it may be slow. A 3% fee will be added to all credit card sales. Each sale is different so please bring cash just to be sure.

We place a sign up sheet out front the afternoon before the sale. We will allow people to enter the sale (at opening time) in the order of the sign up list. We never allow early birds, pre-sales, or unpaid holds beyond 30 minutes in-person.
