Moving Sale - Downsizing

In our house-to-condo move, we must part with many wonderful items that could be yours!  Many items are in very good to excellent condition. Here is a partial list.  Not all items are photographed, but more photos will be added February 28.  All items have been indoors (not in the garage) and protected from the elements unless they are outdoor items.  

Furniture

• 17-3/4' wide by 78-1/16" high by 17-7/8" deep ? pecan Thomas wood etagere that matches side by side (if desired) a larger piece 29-3/4" wide by 77-3/4" high by 17-7/8" deep.  Beautiful molding detail, wood, glass and lights in very good condition.  Needs new rubber glass retainer ($20 at Amazon), currently taped inconspicuously.  Each unit has 3 drawers and interior lights with plug-ins.
• Antiqued-white etagere with 3 glass shelves, 2 drawers and a light.  Charming for a bedroom.  18-3/4" wide by 69" high by 13" deep.  1970s, still in great condition.
• Cherry queen 4 poster bed, great condition.
• Cherry dresser with mirror matching the cherry bed set (photo coming Feb 28 by 6PM)
• Transitional style solid pecan oval dining table and 6 matching chairs with 2 extensions for seating for 10.  Some wear but still looks good.  1 chair is broken in 1 place, but could be repaired by a competent woodworker and does not affect the seat's usability.  Fabric underneath the current covering, easily removable, is a blue jacquard in yet very good condition.  
• Full/queen soft green velveteen sofa sleeper in good condition.  Made in about 1985.  Used rarely as either sofa or bed. 
• Ethan Allen traditional cherry upholstered elegant easy chair with matching ottoman.  Cushions show wear. New high quality upholstery fabric will be offered if buyer would like to re-upholster or have that done.  Circa 1996.

Outdoor items

• Rectangular patio table with 6 swivel padded chairs and umbrella.  Umbrella and chair pads (beige) were replaced recently and have little to no wear.  I'm including a plastic tablecloth made to fit.  
• Gas Grill,  2 years old
• High quality outdoor hoses with sprinkler timer.

Furnishings

• Lamps.  One is a Stiffel based large lamp.  Needs some repair.
• 3 large high-end lamp shades, traditional style, excellent condition.
• Area rugs, one of which is 8 by 10 feet.  Others are  about 6 by 9 ft or runners. 
• Art - 5 or 6 beautifully framed and mostly larger prints, some smaller.  Framed Jay Reno landscape oil painting in blues and greens.

Beds/Bedding

• Queen Saatva mattress no more than 4 years old and used little in the last year.
• Designer King comforter or bedspread (probably Pierre Lieurance in Shoreline) and coordinating decorative pillows
• White cotton eyelet full bedskirt
• Quilts and throws
• Blankets and pillows 

China, antiques, tableware

• Hand-painted and gold rimmed antique dinner plates from Czechoslovakia, mint condition.  Set of 10, 10-7/8" wide
• Antique sterling silver coffee pot. This item is re-offered for sale after being pulled briefly for in-depth appraisal.  $750.00.  Will discount $50 shipping costs for a buyer who purchases it at the sale today. Price today therefore $700 for pick up.  Also listed on eBay.  
• Antique silver creamer and sugar.
• Starbucks Christmas mugs, perfect condition from light use (6). 
• Spode Christmas pieces
• Set of 4 glasses with glass handle at bottom.

Collectibles and decor

• Lladro pieces in pristine condition.  Boxes for some.
• Precious Moments porcelain figure.
• Swarovski dolphin (large) and small peacock.
• Christmas decorations, small sculptures, simple glass vases, other vases (crystal or ceramic), very unique slate ikebana vase.

Clothing

• Bill Blass dress, size 10
• St John knit suit, size 10
