*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ BEFORE SHOPPING ***

* We are unable to assist customers with moving or loading large furniture or heavy items.

* NO parking is permitted in the property's driveway. Additional parking is available on surrounding neighborhood streets. Please obey all posted parking signs and be respectful of neighbors.

* The driveway is reserved for LOADING PURCHASED ITEMS ONLY.

* Please bring a truck or trailer and enough helpers to safely move large or heavy purchases.

* All large items must be removed by the end of the sale day unless prior arrangements have been made with Chapter Estate Sales.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

* This is an in-person estate sale conducted by Chapter Estate Sales.

* All items are sold from a private residence.

* Please shop carefully, respectfully, and be courteous to other shoppers.

ENTRY & CONDUCT:

* Entry onto the property is at your own risk.

* The homeowner, estate, and Chapter Estate Sales are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost or stolen personal belongings.

* For the safety of everyone, bags, purses, backpacks, and personal items may be inspected upon entry or exit.

* Large bags and strollers may not be permitted inside when space is limited.

* Chapter Estate Sales reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone displaying disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

SIGN-UP SHEET:

* A paper sign-up sheet will be available at the property before the sale opens.

* One name per line. Each shopper must sign in separately.

* Entry will follow the order of the sign-up sheet.

* You must be present when your name is called or your spot may be forfeited.

* Chapter Estate Sales reserves the right to modify the entry process as needed for a safe and orderly sale.

PAYMENT:

We gladly accept:

* Cash
* Credit and debit cards (valid ID may be required)
* Tap-to-pay

Please note:

* No personal checks.

* Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is provided.

* All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

PRICING & DISCOUNTS:

* Prices are firm on the first day unless otherwise posted.

* Discounts may be offered on later sale days at the discretion of Chapter Estate Sales.

* We do not provide prices or quotes before the sale begins.

PURCHASING ITEMS:

* Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

* We do not place items on hold.

* Payment in full is required to secure your purchase.

ITEM CONDITION:

* All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied.

* Buyers are responsible for carefully inspecting all items before purchasing.

* Once an item has been purchased, it becomes the buyer's responsibility.

ITEM REMOVAL:

* Buyers are responsible for moving and loading all purchased items.

* Please bring your own help, tools, packing materials, and appropriate vehicle.

* Staff assistance, when available, may be provided for an additional fee payable at checkout.

* Unless other arrangements have been made with Chapter Estate Sales, all purchases must be removed by the end of the sale day.

* Chapter Estate Sales is not responsible for damage that occurs during loading or transportation.

SECURITY:

* The property may be monitored by video surveillance.
* Theft, tag switching, or tampering with merchandise will not be tolerated and may be prosecuted.

CHILDREN:

* Children are welcome but must remain under adult supervision at all times.
* For everyone's safety, no running, climbing, or horseplay is permitted.

PARKING:

* Please be courteous to the neighborhood.
* Do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, or traffic.
* Follow all posted parking signs and local parking regulations.

SAFETY NOTICE:

Estate sales take place in lived-in homes.
Please be aware that there may be:

* Stairs
* Uneven flooring
* Narrow walkways
* Low ceilings
* Limited accessibility

Please use caution while shopping.

* No public restrooms are available.
* Occupancy limits may be enforced for safety.

LIABILITY:

By entering the property, you acknowledge that you assume responsibility for your own safety while attending the sale.

The homeowner, estate, and Chapter Estate Sales are not liable for:

* Accidents or injuries
* Damage to personal property
* Lost or stolen items
* Damage resulting from the removal, loading, or transportation of purchased merchandise
