LIVING ROOM:

We still have a few designer handbags!  And that stunning curved custom sofa table with drawers and leather stools tucked under it. LOTS of pretty Fall decor - pedestals, salt and peppers, cloches, plates, pumpkins, several pieces of Iittalla Flora Oiva Toikka glass, cake stands, shiny gold and silver accents, artwork, pillows, lamps, really pretty autumn tone accent chair with pillows...

KITCHEN:

Hand painted and colorful serving pieces, copper pots, lots and lots of decor that is PERFECT for the season, Martha Stewart enameled cast iron pieces, enamel/cast dutch oven with corn motif, pottery serving pieces, nicer pots and pans, bake ware, small appliances, lots of Thanksgiving, EVEN MORE everyday/all year - all well taken care of and great quality.

There's even a little corner for those who love Spring and floral kitchen items!

There is a pantry FULL of practical kitchen items and a small bar with barware and more decor.

DINING ROOM:

The furniture. I don't usually get excited about a dining room set - but I really love this vintage Henredon hutch - it's so simple, so quality and SO versatile. The bottom is amazing on it's own... if you don't like the top - give it away! On the table you'll find a set of Mikasa Cambridge china - this set is so great because it's pretty - but not overly feminine! Dare I call it a "handsome" set of china?? On the table there is also several sets of Fostoria platinum rimmed stemmed glasses, silver plate serving pieces, Rosenthal cups and saucers. In the hutch there are  Villeroy and Boch floral plates, Heinrich "Osiris" china and several pieces of classic blue Wedgwood. There is a cute accent table/cabinet with screened doors and glass shelves inside. On a shelf you'll find a set of goldtone Americana Golden Heritage flatware in a case, Royal Doulton china, more Wedgwood and Rosenthal glass plates. Trust me... you want to get a nice set of china, better set of silverware and "fancy" glasses before the Holidays - you won't regret it!

"SITTING ROOM" -  to your left as you walk in the front door:

There is a nice pair of red tone Flexsteel swivel rocking chairs, incredible HUGE glass topped ottoman (I could see this in almost any home), tiered accent table, lamps, some botanical decor, pillows, art books, framed wall art and a few other fun finds.

MASTER ON MAIN:

No bedroom furniture down here - but what we've got will not disappoint! We have MORE hand bags -  Brighton, some vintage and lots more! Also leather gloves, scarves, SHOES - size 7-7.5, clothing - many designer pieces - vintage St. John/Ralph Lauren/Neiman Marcus and more. Fur coats. Leather jackets! GORGEOUS vintage wedding dresses, decor, lamps, a pair of cute (a little worn) ottomans and 2 folding privacy screens.

BEDROOM 1 - upstairs and to the left:

The "Leopard Room".  Nice queen size bed with Mission style frame, pair of cute cushioned ottomans, accent tables, pillows, lamps, decor - some Asian inspired, and of course - leopard! Art, faux fur throw... Such a fun room!

BEDROOM 2:

Another really nice bed - I think King - with pretty gray upholstered headboard, lots of vintage linens and baby items, lamps, pair of white wicker chairs and matching corner table, INCREDIBLE curved top perfectly worn cabinet with glasspaned doors - inside is more decor - including 2 petite Waterford lamps. White wicker accent pieces and LOTS of Muffy the Bear! Bears, clothing and accessories... several other bears as well - mohair and that adorable custom Star Trek bear.

CRAFT ROOM: also to the left upstairs

It's scrap booking heaven! Lots of paper, tag makers, stamps and embossing items, ribbons... you name it! There are also lots of office supplies and storage items in this room. It's not ALL crafting!!

CHRISTMAS ROOM: to the right as you come up the stairs

This one is gooood.... so much variety AND quality! Shimmery and shiny Christmas - lots of mercury glass - including a cute - large - light up gnome! Lenox pieces - including "Holiday Holly" dishes, snowmen, carolers, trees, deer, vases, ornaments, diamond art, framed wall art, pillows, throws, linens, cute neutral tone (sage-y/beige) sofa. More gnomes and Holiday dishes - including Royal Doulton "Christmas Cake" plates, "Walking in the Air" plates, Wedgwood and Furlong ornaments, handmade local artist decor, red and white Christmas, pretty much something for every style... 3 pc wood entertainment center - all pieces sold separately - so only buy what you need! 

GARAGE:

Need storage for all your treasures? We've GOT YOU! So many totes and drawers... Get organized this year - there's still time. :) Nice refrigerator/freezer, chest freezer, household/yard/auto maintenance supplies and chemicals, fans, heaters, luggage, some sporting, craft, decor, electronics, a little more holiday, vacuums - nice ones, ladders, a few hand/power tools. Incredible vintage McCalls metal pattern cabinet!!  Never skip the garage - you never know what you'll find!

OUTSIDE: Front and back

There is still SO Much outside - you'll find something that suits you. In front there are 4 cute patio chairs, several outdoor tables and plant stands/pots. Lots of cute decor!

In the back, it's more of the same! Metal and glass patio set with 4 chairs, table and lit umbrella - so nice.  Smaller black metal set with 2 chairs and table, sage green metal set with 2 chairs and table, lots and lots of yard art, pots, hanging decor and faux greenery, storage, solar lights, hanging baskets (will need to be removed from fence) and so much more. This is a fun yard!! Just PLEASE be MINDFUL of mud in the event of rain!  The yard is really nice and we'd like to keep it that way for the new owners.
