All sales are final. Items are sold as-is and where-is. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or warranties will be provided.

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is provided. Card processing fees may apply.

Please bring appropriate help, tools, packing materials, and a suitable vehicle for the removal of large or heavy purchases. Cherished Chapters staff cannot guarantee assistance with lifting, loading, disassembly, or delivery. All purchased items must be removed by the designated pickup deadline unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Please be respectful of the home, property, neighbors, staff, and fellow shoppers. Children must remain supervised at all times. Entry may be limited to maintain a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.

Cherished Chapters and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, damage, or lost or stolen personal belongings while attending the sale or removing purchases.

Prices are established through research and consideration of condition, demand, and current market value. Discounts, offers, and negotiations are available only at the discretion of Cherished Chapters and may vary by sale or sale day. Please do not remove price tags or relocate items.

Items pictured or advertised may be sold, removed, or otherwise become unavailable before your arrival. We cannot guarantee the continued availability of any item.
