We suggest that you bring your own bags and boxes. We do not guarantee bags, boxes or packing materials for all shoppers.

We accept cash and all major credit cards, sales tax will be added. We do not accept checks. We are licensed with the State of Washington and will be collecting sales tax. Re-sellers need to provide a copy of their State of Washington re-seller permit.

Please make sure you are happy with your item/s and have examined them before purchasing. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

We do not honor sign-up lists so please form one line the morning of the sale; first come is first served. Please do not create and post your own sign-up sheets. They will not be honored. We do have numbers for customers to take starting 3 hours prio to the sale when the address will be posted.

Bed knobs and Broomsticks is not responsible for any accidents or personal damage. Please watch your footing, as thresholds and flooring can be uneven in older homes, and use care with stairs, personal property, and vehicles.

We may be able to help you load items that you have purchased, we try our best but cannot guarantee we will have the time or help available. You should plan on brining your own help when picking up your larger items. As a reminder we cannot be help responsible for any damage that happens to your purchased, either by your own fault or another customers fault.
