The sale is being conducted on three levels of the house and in the front yard. There is no wheelchair access to any level of the house. The parking lot is covered with gravel and not paved.

Gigi is still alive, but her store needs to close. The City of Edgewood says "No signs and only a very limited number of visitors per day due to the 'residential' classification of the property. Many personal items will be sold along with all of the contents of the store, which is located on all three levels of the house. (Sorry, there is no wheelchair access.)
On Friday, everything priced under $50 is 50% off. Anything over $50 is $25 off.
On Saturday, nearly everything will be 50% off.
On Sunday, nearly everything will be 75% off.

- New, used and vintage men's and women's clothing
- Wedding and formal gowns
- Native American art and crafts
- 1996 Jaguar XJ-6 Vandenplas
- Porcelain, pottery and other collectibles

- miscellaneous items of various descriptions
Gigi encourages you to buy entire lots of items and negotiate a reasonable price, such as
- all jewelry or all necklaces, etc.
- all clothing, or all women's clothing, or all of a certain type of clothing
- all jackets, etc.
- all furs
- all office furniture
- all Christmas decorations
- all artificial flowers, or
- all you-name-it--create your own category
