Bring help to load large and heavy items. Do not count on Gigi or her staff to be available to help.

PLEASE do not bring small children. They can get hurt on sharp objects, then can easily break expensive china, and the oil on their hands will degrade furs when they inevitably stroke them.

No food or drink. Please leave them in your car.

There is NO public restroom.

The sale is being conducted on three levels of the house. There is no wheelchair access to any level of the house. The parking lot is covered with gravel and not paved.

Gigi's virtually entire estate is being liquidated as she is moving out of town and intends to take very little. The entire inventory of GiGi’s Boutique and Thrift Shop, along with Gigi's household goods, will be sold this weekend and next, Saturday and Sunday, October 19 and 20,  and October 26 and 27, 10-6 p.m.  There will be lots of new stuff the second weekend, especially furniture, because there are two large storage rooms of additional items which have no place to be displayed on weekend one due to the anticipated miserable weather. Four or five canopies will be set up in the yard for the second weekend to accommodate those items from the storage.

Must see to appreciate.  Everything must go and is 50% off the original marked prices on Saturday and 75% off on Sunday (with limited exceptions).  The second weekend will continue with extremely ridiculous prices.

Gigi invites entrepreneurs, including competitors, to buy all her goods, worth more than $60,000, in one transaction (minimum bid $7,500). Gigi also will sell individual segments of the inventory. See below for descriptions of categories. Call for prices or come to see and negotiate your own division of the goods.

Description:

  * Men’s and women’s clothing, about one-third vintage, about 20% new. Try finding your Halloween costume here.

  * Accessories, including shoes, belts, scarves and hats.

  * Jackets, sweaters and coats; furs include a silver fox, blue fox and mink coat, along with other mink stoles and capes.

  * Formal gowns and bridal dresses—vintage, antique and new.

  * Native American baskets and other artifacts, including an antique ceremonial necklace worth hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars and masks by Alaskan native artists made with animal hide, hair and whalebone.

  * Various types of animal hides and antlers from elk and deer.

  * Some shop and yard tools available the second weekend

  * Very nice oak office furniture and equipment, some available both weekends, but a lot will be seen for the first time on Saturday, Oct. 26, because there will be no place to display it on the first weekend.

  * Business supplies, including canopies, shelving, tables, tables cloths, clothing racks, mannequins, jewelry display forms, gift boxes, bags, tags, pricing tools, etc.

Call or text Michael at 253-732-8626 or Gigi at 315-806-5674

In the event that you wish to purchase clothing racks, tables or shelving that is needed to display other items, you may be asked to pick up that part of your purchase after the sale closes, either on Sunday or Monday.

If you have been to GiGi's before, you have not seen the majority of these goods.  She opened up another floor to show things she could not before; she has included new items from three large storage rooms, and she has added almost all of her personal possessions since she is moving and cannot take most of it with her. It is a moving and virtual estate sale.

Gigi must close her business due to the bone-headed municipal code enforcement by the City of Edgewood.
