If a bid is received within 5 minutes of items closing, 5 min will be added. If you see any item you wish to bid on.. DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST DAY or the last 5 mins to bid. We are not responsible for lost bids or computer errors. All items are 'AS IS" Condition with no guarantee of condition or working order. We do our best for any condition issues but we are not responsible for errors or omissions. If you have any questions about any item, you must email us 24 hrs before auction closing. We will not answer any calls or emails during the auction closing. You must register on auction ninja prior to bidding. All information must be correct including the shipping address, email and contact number.
SHIPPING:
If you would like your item(s) shipped, please email us ASAP after the auction.Shipping is 10 business days from auction closing. We ship USPS Priority Mail. All China, Glass, Art or very fragile items will be shipped VIA UPS Store in Mukilteo. They will contact you with shipping charges. All other shipping will receive a text invoice for shipping charges, the shipping invoice must be paid PRIOR to items being shipped.
PICK UP:
All items being picked up are VIA Appointment. You must email us after the auction with your preferred pick up time. If you do not request a time, or notify us it creates a delay in pick up. If you cannot make your pick up time, you must text us. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and you will not receive a refund.

We reserve the right to make any changes until auction closing including removal of items for discovered error or bid status.

Items in this auction have possibly been used, or show wear unless noted as new. We are not responsible for errors in condition or defects. By bidding on any item you are bound by any terms and conditions of purchase.

*** All fine jewelry items will only be shipped to the registered address on the Auction Ninja Account. In addition the purchaser will be required to provide a copy of drivers license before shipping / release of jewelry.
