The address for this sale will be sent out each morning by one hour prior to the sale or with your confirmation once the sale has begun.
Presale pricing and purchases will not be provided. No early entry. We do not fill “no shows”. Personal marks to indicate items sold without a Ginny's associate will not be permitted. Cash and card are accepted. Sales tax will be collected. No refunds or returns - all sales are final. Shoppers are responsible for pick up and transport of all items. Please bring your own wrap, boxes and bags. All large items must be picked up by the purchaser before the last hour of the last day of the sale. Purchaser must bring appropriate labor to move the item, Ginny’s staff does not move large items. Any items left at the end of the sale, without making arrangements with Ginny’s, will be deemed forfeit, no refunds will be made. Ginny’s is unable to answer questions regarding sale items via phone, text, email prior to or during the estate sales. Once the sale is over, the items are not available.

Discover a curated selection of exquisite prayer rugs, antique tools, and rare treasures. Due to very limited parking, we kindly ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time to secure a parking spot. There is no additional parking available within easy walking distance. Our location is accessed via a scenic, wooded driveway off a narrow, winding street in Edmonds, with no shoulder. While the journey may be a bit challenging, the unique finds awaiting you will make it well worth the effort! |
