Rucker Hill Collector's 50 Yr Lifetime Estate!

Affordable Estate Services, a quality division of Northwest Estate Services, continues with another exceptional collector's estate. The home was built in 1923 and is in the famous Rucker Hill area, just around the corner from the historic Rucker Mansion. This home was used in the filming of the movie "Firewalker" and used in the production of episodes for "Twin Peaks". All the pictures here are from a brief walk through and are only from the living room and dining room. There are three floors absolutely jammed full of things, so once we get started next week, we will be adding more detailed descriptions and pictures of the many outstanding items that were gathered from 50 years of collecting. Rarities/Collectibles: Super Rare 1880s Cabinet Card Set by JK Cook in Original Leather Jacket of scenes from the play "Romeo & Juliet" in which Juliet was played by a male actor. Inside the leather case are several clippings from newspaper articles about the play, one dated 1929! * Boxes of Unopened Books * Flatware including an 850 Silver Set, dating 1860-70s * Antique Violin * Vintage 'Kay' Mandolin in Great Shape * Upstairs I saw many pieces of vintage clothing & hats.
