Terms/Conditions 

Due to the limited space in this home, entry to the sale will be limited as space allows. No early entry. Ginny's will post a sign up list 1 hour prior to the start of the sale. No customer lists will be honored. Personal masking tape to mark items sold without a Ginny's associate will not be permitted.  

Sales tax will be collected. Credit card fee of 5% will be applied. No refunds or returns - all sales are final.  

Shoppers are responsible for pick up and transport of all items. Please bring your own wrap, boxes and bags.
