No cash is kept on hand and valuables will be removed from the estate sale at the end of each day.
Cash, Credit/Debit Cards. (We pay the fees charged to use said cards.)
Dealers, please bring a copy of your dealer resale certificate for each sale.
We will be negotiating prices right from the start, doing our best to have everything gone by Sunday afternoon!
A numbers sign-up sheet goes out @ 7:00am on the first day of the sale. If you sign up on the list, you don't have to come back until 8:45am. The bag of self service #'s goes out @ 8:00am for those that didn't sign up earlier. All #'s are held until 8:45am. No early sales or viewing. Please don't disturb crew as they are staying in home & work late each night. Security cameras & alarms are active.

This is an amazing collection, that took over 40 years to gather. The homes two floor are bursting with a huge variety antiques, collectables, modern furniture, late mid-century, art, native crafts, jewelry, & 100's more. Besides the house there are two large storages stacked floor to ceiling. It will take @ least two sales to get the thousand of items sold. We are just now able to start setting this sale up, so check back each day, to see what great items were been found that day. - This is an outstanding Yankel Ginzburg original oil painting from his classic period, purchased about forty years ago. It is of fruit in a garden with finely painted symbolic ladders going up to the trees above. The fruit is in a woven basket on what appears to be a pile of leaves. It is one of his earlier works, using his original color palette, and is in excellent condition. The colors are vibrant and beautiful! The painting is mounted in a way that makes the painting appear suspended in the middle of the face of the frame. Very cool. The painting itself measures 36" wide x 24" high. With the frame it measures 44" wide x 32-1/2" high.
- Gorgeous original mix media painting by world famous western artist, Don Cr&ook entitled," Day Dreamer," depicting a small Navajo girl with her sheep. It measures, 24"x18" (Image only), overall: 31"x 25," painted in 1990, & purchase years ago.
