Large Home just off Dash Point in Federal Way! This is a very well kept, clean and organized home as you will see from the photos! This family kept manuals for just about everything! Quality decor, tools, furniture, kitchen, rugs, chandeliers, sconces, draperies, electronics - everything goes. There is a good deal of solid handmade furniture - the owner was quite the craftsman, and the furniture and tools prove it. There are many sets of china, most from Germany. Vintage and newer books - in German and English. Hummels, dolls, wicker furniture, electronics (Yamaha, Panasonic, Philips, Bose Speakers, HP Printer, Akai Reel to Reel (and lots of vintage music reels).

All the furniture is almost flawless - very well kept - great vintage dining room set as shown, with extra leaves, 2 arm chairs and table pads (the furniture is generally heavy, so if you love it, bring help because it is solid and well made). Most of the chandeliers in the home are for sale. If you purchase one, we can have it professionally removed for pick up on another day unless you bring a contractor with you to safely remove them.

German Marklin dolls and figurines, Murano glass sculptures & bowls, quality kitchen items as shown, Winterling china, Blue Spode, Royal Albert 'Moss Rose' china, and more! The garage has a lot of great Christmas decor, yard tools and sewing machines and sewing items. Notable are the PFAFF Hobbylock 787, PFAFF Creative 1467 and Singer sewing machines.

Outdoor furniture, yard tools, garden pots, a fantastic tool shop (again, very well organized and well maintained) with a heavy duty Shop Smith and all the attachments - heavy piece but amazing for any tool shop! Great locking storage cabinets for tools and other uses (of course the keys are there)!

Come enjoy this estate sale - it's a great sale in a nice large cozy home. Cul-de-sac location, park along the road. Most of the sale is on one floor - some items downstairs and some upstairs.

It will more than likely be raining, but house is large enough to let a good number of people in at the start. We will let people in by the order on the list (see above for the link to add your name).
