Terms
• Street parking is readily available but please respect all neighbors’ lawns and driveways.
• Only Cash and Venmo accepted
• All sales are final. Please carefully inspect and test any items you may wish to purchase as all items are sold as-is.
• Everyone will be required to wait in line to enter. We will allow entry to those waiting in line on a first come, first served basis.
• No children, only buyers over 18, will be permitted for safety reasons.
• Not responsible for accidents on the premises.
• Do not approach the home or start to line up before 8:15 AM
• The number of people allowed inside of the home at the same time may be limited to ensure the safety and comfort of all inside.
• Bring your own boxes and packing paper. We are unable to help with packing, carryout, loading or delivery.
• Prices are not negotiable on the first day of a sale. Discounts will be offered on Sunday at our discretion.
• Unpurchased items cannot be put on hold.
• Purchased Items must be removed the same day by 6pm. Please leave your name and number as this may be needed proof of purchase if you are picking up.
• We will be monitoring the home 24 hours a day and there are security measures in place such as cameras.
• The sale address will be posted by 9am the day before the sale.
Shopping the Estate Sale
If you see an item you would like to buy, pick it up, and keep it with you only if you are planning to buy it; there is limited time to make sales for this 92-year-old lady.
We will need to hold items you have purchased if you intend to continue shopping; if you insist on carrying purchased items with you, your bag or box will need to be checked before you leave. If an item is too large or difficult to move immediately, purchase it and we will mark it as sold and take your name and number.
We can offer no guarantees, refunds, or exchanges on any item that has been purchased. You will need to bring your own carrying bags or boxes.
Many items are priced low for liquidation, particularly furniture. Any price reductions will be on the Sunday; however, some high value items will not be automatically price reduced on Sunday.
