Auction Terms and Conditions 18% Buyers Premium for all transactions. $2 handling fee per lot, $10 maximum per bidder. Vehicle title transfers must be completed at the Freeland DOL prior to taking the vehicle. ALL SALES FINAL UPON AWARD OF ONLINE BID ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS UNLESS ITEM IS DESCRIBED INCORRECTLY Prior to bidding you must read and agree to the terms and conditions of this auction; by registering to bid you enter into a binding legal agreement with "Island Auction LLC" Payment:Bidders with purchases totaling $1500 or more may be contacted by Island Auction for credit card verification. Invoices must be paid within 4 days of receipt. Unpaid invoices will be reported to HiBid. We accept all major credit cards.
