SALE ENTRY: We always do our best to open promptly at 9:00AM. Sale entry will be on a numerical basis. If you are not here when your number is called then your number will be passed and you will then be asked to go to the end of the line for entry. YOU MUST BE PRESENT FOR NUMERICAL ENTRY.

NUMBERS: We will distribute sale entry numbers NO LATER than 8:00AM each day prior to the sale opening at 9:00AM. Any list created is self-managed and will be honored when we arrive as numbers are being passed out to those on-site. If you are not present when numbers are being passed out, and on any self-managed list for numbers, your name will be passed and the number will go to the next name on the list. NUMBERS WILL NOT BE HELD FOR YOU IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT.

AVAILABLE ITEMS: All items are sold in “AS IS” condition and we do not give refunds. Please test items and ensure you will be happy with your purchase.

Please ask to have your name attached to any large item you wish to purchase by any staff member, or place it on our sold item holding table. These items must be posted with one of our tags to ensure staff is aware of the item being sold. We DO NOT hold any items for later payment. Should a sold tag be placed on any item longer than one hour and not paid for, the tag will be removed and available for other customers to purchase.

PRICES: All sale prices are firm on Saturday and we do not negotiate. We encourage that you leave bids on items that you are interested in during the first day of the sale. All items are discounted on Sunday beginning at 9:00AM. We do not negotiate on discounted items that are below a discount value of $25.00.

BIDS: We encourage bids to be submitted on items you are interested in during the first day of the sale. We will attempt to honor acceptable bids after 2:00PM on Sunday for items that we have no prior bids for. Otherwise, winning bids are notified within 24 hours of the sale conclusion. Bids from other parties are not divulged to the public!
