This is a Cash only sale. Today will be 50% off with only a few exceptions! We provide a 1 hour hold area for customers to create a collection or leave to go a ATM. Please be conscientious of your surroundings and respectful of the neighborhood.
On-site safety rules;
We work to provide a safe environment for staff and sale attendees.
Masks are required to enter sale.
All windows will be open to provide ventilation. We will do our best to monitor and help guide our guests through the sale when necessary.
There is street parking available. Please be respectful of the surroundings. Cars will only be given access to the driveway to pick up large items.
Please be prepared to provide your own assistance for moving heavy items such as furniture etc. We are not responsible for any accidents or incidences that occur on or off the sale property.
