We will honor a buyer managed list for this sale. We will put the list out when we leave Friday evening, around 5pm. Buyers will sign-up on the list and entry will be according to your number on the list. We may have to limit the number of people in the house -- small rooms and lots of stuff. 25 people to start. 'Buyer managed' means that if there is a problem, we encourage the buyers to work it out amicably, we are not 'in charge' of the list.
Tight parking in cul-de-sac but more on other streets - please park intelligently -
***No excess cash on premises - till is emptied regularly. ALL valuables are removed from the sale nightly****
House is alarmed! DO NOT WALK AROUND THE BACK OF THE HOUSE - there is nothing in the back yard. Close neighbors + neighborhood covenants + exuberant security staff = issues. No one wants issues.
