All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Photos and descriptions are provided to assist bidders, but buyers are responsible for evaluating the condition, completeness, size, and suitability of items before bidding.
An optional preview will be available before the auction closes. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items in person whenever condition or functionality is important to their bidding decision.
PAYMENT:
Payment is due within 1 day of the auction closing. A 15% buyer’s premium and applicable sales tax are added to winning bids.
PICKUP:
Pickup will Kent, WA, on Sunday following the auction closing. Exact pickup address, scheduled time, and instructions will be provided to winning bidders.
Buyers are responsible for bringing appropriate boxes, packing materials, tools, moving equipment, and sufficient help to safely remove their purchases. Staff may not be available to assist with loading.
If you cannot attend the scheduled Monday pickup, an extended pickup appointment may be requested for an additional $20 fee. Extended pickup is subject to availability and prior approval and is limited to a maximum of 3 days after the scheduled pickup.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is available only on items specifically marked as eligible for shipping in the auction listing. Large, heavy, fragile, oversized, or high-value items may have additional shipping requirements or may be pickup only.
