The Basics: CASH preferred. Credit/Debit accepted. MINIMUM OF $25.00! 2% Convenience fee. Bring cash for under $25 bucks!. We prefer cash because it is faster, we try to move the checkout line along as fast as possible, this is why no credit/debit for small purchases. BRING CASH!

***A new wrinkle in accepting Credit/Debit cards...if your chip card will not read, we cannot accept it. Period. Bring multiple cards if you must use one!*** Or just bring cash. Cash is good.
We will honor our list for this sale. *** The sign-up sheet will be out 3 hours before the start of the sale*** We will be present to put the list out. HOUSE IS ALARMED! HOUSE IS OCCUPIED! Very close neighbors in a high end neigborhood - please use your quiet voices when signing up at 6am!
You may not sign-up earlier than 6am the day OF the sale. Please DO NOT sign up more than yourself and your partner. Signing up numerous people is not cool - usually this means they might or might not attend, and it discourages others from signing up if they see a long list.
Note that we try to get everyone in as quickly as possible, while still making it easy for everyone to shop and safe for all. Too crowded is as bad as waiting too long in line. It is always worth the wait and the wait is pretty short at most of our sales.
Buyers will sign-up on the list and entry will be according to your number on the list. There is a more specific description of "THE LIST" on our website under "What to Expect". ONLY OUR OFFICIAL LIST WILL BE USED, YOU CANNOT START YOUR OWN. Please get in line according to your number!! If there is a problem with the list, we encourage the buyers to work it out amicably.
Also, FYI, we photograph the list, first sign-ups photograph and so we have a record of the buyers who have signed up.

We will have SOME bags, boxes and wrap for you but YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELP AND EQUIPMENT TO MOVE FURNITURE. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY 2PM Sunday.

Thousands of pieces of VINTAGE and ANTIQUE costume jewelry - top quality and excellent condition! Client's wife was a MAJOR collector....lots of Art Nouveau, Rhinestones, Fruit Salad (aka Carmen Miranda)...and much more.
***Jewelry Room Rules: Only 5 buyers will be allowed in the jewelry room at one time! No grabbing, no reaching into cases, no unpleasant behavior! No purses, bags or boxes allowed - we will have a container for you.***
All the photos are up - we added as we worked and also shot the whole house when we finished, so there might be duplicates in the jewelry section. The photos will be tagged with descriptions by the end of 8/6.

This lady created a beautiful world in her home....
We'll start with the fantastic collection of jewelry, much of which is Art Nouveau and Victorian in age and/or styling....ladies with flowing hair...lots of angels, cupids and mermaids...festoon, choker and bib necklaces...chandelier earrings...elaborate cuff bracelets....chatelaine type brooches and big, statement pins and necklaces.
The materials include sterling, 9k -10k -14k gold, bronze, copper and gold and silvertone base metals....jewels include rhinestones, crystals, faceted glass, peking glass, coral, shell (cameos), opal, marcasite, turquoise, Murano beads, jet, amber, some catalin, carved 'bone' and some gemstones...in ALL colors of the rainbow!
Some names include Eisenberg, Julianna, Holly Craft, Hobe', Coro, Weiss, Kirk's Folly, Floree, Carl Ove', Thomas Mann, Lea Stein, Ortak, Children of Lir and many more...also vintage Chinese export pieces! I will add more as we find them...
Everything is individually priced, however there are some bags of 'as is' pieces. Please note the jewelry room rules again - see above for specifics, but only 5 buyers will be allowed in the room at one time and no personal bags or purses.
We have one room devoted to faeries and friends... garden faeries for your potted plants and Hallmark "Fairy Messengers" ornaments... 1970's vintage Coke trays with various Gibson girls, Avon fashion thimble set... antique picture frames, antique bedside lamp with slag glass shade (so cute!)...vintage jeweled fairy lamp (wow!)...even Lady Cottington's Pressed Fairy Book (you know how you press flowers? same thing but fairies.....)...also a nice antique dresser in this room...antique needlepoint bench...glass top vanity with chair...little retro bedside stands and a collection of carousel horse music boxes.
The living room is full of elegant upholstered furniture - side chairs, gorgeous arm chair with carved busts on the shoulders, lovely settee, Victorian bent oak 3 panel screen, brass and marble plant stands, brass fireplace screen, Italian nesting tables with marquetry, lovely marble top entry table....and moving into the dining room a GORGEOUS antique English display cabinet with Art Nouveau marquetry. Also a vintage mahogany china cabinet, dining table, 4 chairs and contemporary side tables and cocktail table - which are really priced to sell!
Great selection of vintage and antique Art Nouveau jewelry caskets, trays and candlesticks...mostly brass or brass finish...the exceptional pieces are a pair of Egyptian Revival candle sconces!
Some artwork, mostly prints of Gibson girls ladies with flowing locks, faeries etc. Nice mirrors and an exceptional pair of vintage shadowboxes that house a floral arrangement made from shells...
Mostly the usual suspects in the kitchen, with the notable exception of a partial set of "Sarah's Garden" dinnerware by Wedgwood. Beautiful stuff and we have serving pieces!
Huge selection of fitness gear - wife was an instructor and worked with seniors.
