There will be a sign-up sheet put out the morning prior to the address being released. For those new to "Sign Up Sheets", the address will be posted 3 hours prior to the doors opening day of sale. A sign-up sheet will be posted on the door, and we will let people enter the home in order of when they have placed their name on the list.
We cannot help with moving furniture or cumbersome items. (As much as we want to our backs can't take it)

Our client was a big time Chevy guy, a mechanic, a machinist and a car enthusiast. Although many of his treasured vehicles are gone the parts remain. His regular driver, a 1989 Chevy 1 Ton Two-Door Dually with 454 Engine remains and is for sale. Originally from Texas our client was also a rodeo competitor, and his home reflects his love for all things Western from Vintage Art, Western Wear, Collectibles and just some cool items we don't always see. There are a lot of Vintage Western Clothes from Wrangler Jeans to pearl snap western shirts, Vtg Car T-shirts and Suzuki Racing Gear. An entire room is dedicated and packed with collectible Die Cast Vehicles and Models. Most boxes have been saved. We welcome all metal scrapers as there is a lot of that too.
