All items MUST BE PICKED UP by 3:00 PM on Sunday unless we can accomodate other arrangements. Help will available to load your large items.

There is no parking along private driveway and only limited parking on short gravel road that leads to the driveway. Please be prepared to walk up the private driveway to sale property. Signs will be clearly posted in areas where parking is not allowed to ensure traffic can be controlled. Driveway will only be used for loading and unloading.
