THE ADDRESS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT 6:00AM AT THE DAY OF THE SALE
PARKING: The house is at the end of a long, narrow driveway that will be closed during the sale so parking will be tight. Parking on adjoining street is limited so please be courteous and respectful to the neighbors - they will have been warned but we would hate for any conflicts to arise from blocked driveways.
LIST AND OCCUPANCY: First one to the door can start a list with the pad and pen that we will provide. The inside of the house is quite narrow in certain spaces so we are likely to let in no more than 20 or so at a time.
No Pricing Information will be available before sale and there will be no presale.
Not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Restrooms will not be available to the public.
You will need to haul your own items. We can help arrange certain heavy items for removal directly following either day of the sale but only in the capacity that we are physically able to do so and only to the extent of helping it out of the house.
For security purposes, valuable items have been removed from site and will be returned the day of sale. Security will be at sale as well. We will not permit backpacks or large purses (but encourage boxes and shopping bags).
We will have a holding area near the register and will honor "sold" stickers placed on large items.
